<p>Tatum joined the Open University in July 2014 to research clinical leadership and
engagement in and around Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). This project is funded
by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and is led by<a href="http://www.open.ac.uk/business-school/people/professor-john-storey">Professor
John Storey</a>, with collaboration from Professor Martin Marshall at UCL.</p><p>More

was previously based at the University of Birmingham where she contributed towards
a realist literature review and evidence synthesis on procurement and supply chain
management for NHS commissioning, which was also funded by the NIHR. And prior to
this, Tatum worked on piloting indicators for the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF),
a pay-for-performance scheme for GPs (funded by the National Institute for Health
and Clinical Excellence, NICE).</p><p>Tatum undertook her doctoral studies at the
University of Birmingham's Institute of Local Government Studies, through which
she explored collaborative institutional design and development (between public, private
and third sector actors) using an interpretivist methodology. This was funded by an
Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) case award. </p> |
