32310 abstract The ImP project is concerned with the impact of continuing professional development (CPD) on practice The ImP framework was developed during Phase 1 of the project (2006–09). This report focuses on Phase 2, undertaken during 2010–11, which explored the need for, and utility of, the ImP framework with a range of stakeholders in one of the County Workforce areas in East of England. Phase 2 was partly funded by the East of England Strategic Health Authority (SHA). This report has been written by Liz Clark and Jan Draper, The Open University.
