<p>Laura Plonka is a PhD student at the Centre for Research in Computing. She is interested
in agile software development. Her research focuses on pair
programming, in particular on the interactions between developers during pair programming
sessions. Her research is based on an exploratory, qualitativeanalysis of interviews
with industrial developers and the analysis of video recordings of pair programming
sessions in industrial environments.</p><p>Her PhD project is supervised by<a href="http://www.computing.open.ac.uk/People/h.c.sharp">Prof
Helen Sharp</a>,<a href="http://www.computing.open.ac.uk/People/j.a.segal">Dr Judith
Segal</a>, and<a href="http://www.computing.open.ac.uk/People/j.vanderlinden">Dr Janet
