Kitty Chisholm is a professional coach and facilitator who has worked with Boards
and leaders in both the private and public sectors, specialising in career development
and strategic change. She is a founder Director of Boardwalk, supporting women in
achieving their full leadership potential. Kitty has been involved with pioneering
work in learning and development, from the first major application of AI to the creation
innovative structures for corporate learning. Her proudest achievement was being part
of the team that created the Knowledge Media Institute in 1995. She was a member of
the Technology Foresight Leisure and Learning Panel and on the advisory boards of
the BT Corporate University, VTES and JRBH, now Board Intelligence. Kitty was a Trustee
of the Science Museum Group until January 2015 and chaired the Advisory Board of the
School of Management of Royal Holloway. She has an MA from Cambridge, a BSc from the
OU and her interest in the neurological bases of behaviour change led to an MSc in
Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley. Kitty co-authored a book, Neuroscience
for Leadership, The Brain Gain Advantage, published by Palgrave in January 2015. Her
latest book, Championing Women Leaders, written with Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj was published
in November 2015. |
