biography |
<p>Alan began his career as a teacher and has taught in a range of secondary schools
and colleges throughout the UK. Within the HE sector, Alan has previously lectured
at Leeds Metropolitan University, Oxford Brookes University (where he held a senior position
within the Westminster Institute of Education), and most recently at the University
of Reading where he was Director of Postgraduate Research Studies and Pathway Leader
for all MA and doctoral leadership and management programmes in the Institute of Education.
Alan joined the Open University in 2015 and is currently the EdD Programme Leader.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>PhD
