Dr Shailey Minocha, Reader in Computing at the Open University has been invited to
present at a Guardian Professional Higher Education Network Seminar.
The event, ‘Using social media to enhance student experience’ is being held at The
Guardian in London on Thursday, September 22.Shailey’s talk is entitled: ‘The role
of social media in student learning and engagement’.
She has published in the area of social software including a JISC report on the use
of social software in further and higher education.Read it and others on the Open
